Senior Data Engineer in Constanţa

Kubernetes (nice to have) GCP (nice to have) AWS (nice to have) Azure (regular) SQL (advanced) Python (advanced) A data engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and systems that support the collection, storage, and analysis of large datasets. This includes tasks such as setting up and configuring data storage systems, designing and implementing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and integrity. Data engineers also work closely with data scientists and analysts to help them access and analyze the data they need for their work. We started to develop new BI based on newest technologies like Data Mesh. You will be working together with our external partner and internal stakeholders, business experts and data analytics. We are looking for someone who:has a degree in computer science or mathematicshas minimum 4-5 years of experience with Python, and SQLhas good knowledge of database architectureshas experience in designing, developing, and delivering data pipelineshas development skills in Cloud environment (Azure or AWS or GCP)has a good knowledge of development tools and opensource integrationis familiar with working in a Microsoft DevOps setuphas solid experience with streaming and batch data processeshas great communication skills in English Nice to have:experience with DWHknowledge of Azure, Kubernetessolid knowledge of containerization You will be:developing and documenting data solutions, as well as building data systems and pipelineslearning cloud architecture best practicesanalyzing and organizing raw data, as well as combining raw data from different sourcesevaluating business needs and objectivesexploring ways to enhance data quality and reliabilityconducting complex data analysis and reporting on results
