Waters is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Software SaaS Engineer to provide leadership to maintain, support and improve CI/CD systems at Waters.
The CI/CD team is focused on innovating how we test and deliver software and is collaborating with all engineering teams at Waters to improve our ability to deliver high quality solutions to our customers fast and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Design of secure, scalable, operationally robust infrastructure (primarily on AWS). Guide and mentor your team through the design and maintenance of a CI/CD pipeline using a combination of Terraform and Spinnaker on Kubernetes. Continuously improve and refine the build & deployment process. Design & lead the implementation of the development, staging and production environments Develop and improve our monitoring and observability tooling. Provide leadership on best technology and process practice to drive the development teams forward. Coach and mentor team mates to improve their own DevOps skills and experience Research emerging tools, trends and methodologies
Qualifications
What skills / experience will make you a successful DevOps Engineer at Waters: Terraform Kubernetes, Docker Amazon AWS Sysadmin skills Software build tools – Git, Bamboo Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Sensu and Grafana Host networking – subnets/routing, firewalls, DNS/DHCP Secured applications and OS’s to ensure high levels of security System performance testing Worked within fast paced, innovative company and able to balance the need for rapid delivery with stability of systems, maintained through procedures and documentation Cloud SAS
The following criteria are desirable, but are not essential since training will be provided for you: Worked within a .NET (C#, .Net Core) development environment Experience of microservices architectures Serverless Infrastructure Testing tools (cucumber, Selenium) Comfortable working within software delivery teams and alongside infrastructure/operations teams
