Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with our clients to design and implement innovative digitalization roadmaps and with our internal product and client missions. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, you will drive transformative outcomes that align with our clients’ business goals. This position combines the strategic acumen of a Senior Management Consultant with a strong focus and passion of digital transformation, making it ideal for professionals who excel at bridging business strategy and technological innovation. Key Responsibilities Partner with enterprise clients to assess their current business processes, challenges, and goals, delivering bespoke digital transformation strategies.   Develop and execute innovative client digitalization roadmaps, leveraging AI, data analytics, and industry-specific solutions to optimize asset financing operations.   Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance, drawing on deep industry knowledge to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and future-proof.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into client workflows, enhancing efficiency and competitiveness.   Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with their broader business objectives.   Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine and innovate our service offerings. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects for enterprise clients, ideally in Healthcare area.  Digital Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing digital strategies, with hands-on experience in AI, data-driven decision-making, or related technologies.   Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset financing, financial services, or adjacent industries, with the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions.   Leadership Skills: Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business priorities.   Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., AI, cloud solutions, process automation) is a plus.   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field;   Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
