As a Senior Engineering Manager at Tink your primary responsibilities are to create a highly efficient, happy, learning and engaged department that creates and delivers high quality products on time, serving our customers to become successful. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the overall timely delivery and quality of the products multiple teams build in the areaBe data-driven and always seek new ways of knowing and improving you servicesContinuously improve the speed and quality with which we build our softwareImproving the quality and efficiency of API connections in the area of ConnectivityJuggle priorities and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environmentWork closely with product management and leadership team to ensure we're building products in the best wayOptimize team efficiency and scalability of Connectivity areaShare and implement best practices in software developmentAlign your teams and your stakeholders towards ambitious goalsCoach and mentor engineers leaders to make them growActively support recruitment and on-boarding of new employeesManage and monitor performance of engineering leaders as well as their teamsConstant desire to improve and learn the latest best practices both in the business domain and leadership. Required skills: 7+ years of work experience, at least 4 of those managing other leaders and multiple teamsDegree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in building and leading high performance engineering departmentsStrong sense of responsibility for ongoing projects with a can-do attitude. Ability to work with different cultures in distributed teams.You have solid experience working in an agile development environmentStrong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Polish and EnglishExperience from the Financial Sector would be an advantage.
