Senior ERP Functional Analyst (with French) in Bucuresti

We are looking for a new enthusiastic senior colleague to join the team Finance Solutions and Data Services inside Orange Services Romania. The role involves activities to maintain, update and configure Ivalua system on the Source to Contract process, contributing to the implementation of new functionalities and upgrade. Below requirements describe an ideal role/mix, however we strongly value the person before us and his/her unique set of skills! Obtain and clarify the business needs, write down specifications of the change into user stories;Organize and lead meetings with the business to understand needs;Participate at roadmap creation and prioritization of demands;Participate at yearly Ivalua upgrade;Configure Ivalua to meet business user requirements;Interrogate database using SQL;Build test scenarios, perform tests and assist the business during the acceptance phase;Act as level 2 and 3 supports for issues raised by users in his/her area of competence, analyze and takes appropriate measures to remedy them;Troubleshoot and handle issues related to Ivalua system;Participate in projects, to align and validate the proposed solutions with the applicants and project sponsor;Create/update functional specifications documents;Anticipate risks and be able to define and manage corrective action plans;Prepare and sustain synthetic presentations for arbitration and decision making;You will challenge as-is processes, foster out-of-the-box thinking and propose / outline sustainable solution options;Pass the ERP editor (Ivalua) training and certification. Strong technical background, ideally few years’ experience as a Business Analyst;Understand database concepts, processes and interdependencies in system configuration;SQL basic skills;Nice to have: architecture styles, communication, and enterprise integration protocols: REST API’s, WebServices;Excellent knowledge on Microsoft package, especially Excel;Fluency in English and French;Strong communication skills;Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills;Have the sense of organization, prioritization, planning;Be rigorous, autonomous, responsive, proactive;Self-starter able to manage in a complex environment and a team player who continually collaborates and shares information.
