Our founders were software developers, even now, 10 of us are developers. Last year we started building a customer support team which has now grown to 3 people. We are building new teams to ensure continuous growth and improvement in our products and in the service our customers receive. Who are we looking for: You’re a software developer with over 5 years of professional experience and you’ve spent at least 3 of those years working with React and Ruby on Rails. You aim to write easy-to-maintain software. You like working in a self-managing team with autonomy and a proactive approach to problems. Note: You will work with a team of people located in Europe, Canada, and central Africa. We work synchronously, so a minimum 4h overlap with UTC +1 is necessary regardless of where you live. But overall, we prefer to work smarter than harder as we’re in this for the long haul and don’t want anyone to burn out.
