Job Description This is a remote position. Our client's future colleague will undertake a dual-role, merging strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in a range of HR-related matters. This role involves coordinating the local team, executing strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, adhering to best practices, policies, and procedures, and actively participating in staff planning, recruitment activities and People Development. This involves assessing, motivating and people developing in accordance with internal goals. - Contributing to staff planning and recruitment; - Maintaining effective communication with managers, employees, and labor authorities; - Ensuring consistent application of labor legislation and collective labor agreements; - Providing guidance to local management on labor law, CLA, and other personnel-related regulations; - Preparing and submitting reports to local authorities within their jurisdiction; - Analyzing monthly labor force data and developing improvement plans; - Assisting in preparing personnel diagrams and monitoring their implementation; - Supporting reorganization, restructuring, and outsourcing processes (when is needed); - Facilitating personnel changes and document issuance; - Assisting managers in job description preparation; - Supporting the quarterly bonus process; - Assisting with the local disciplinary procedure and participating in disciplinary committees; - Organizing training and development events and managing related procedures; - Coordinating recruitment activities and conducting pre-employment checks; - Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company procedures; - Providing support to top management in personnel development and evaluation. Requirements - 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge in in labor law, payroll, recruitment; familiarity with energy sector and relevant legislation is an advantage; - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively; - Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities; - Proven track record in areas such as motivation, responsibility, and people management, indicating potential for personal growth. - Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written; - Competent in using computer applications; - A team player with a persuasive demeanor aimed at achieving results; - Adopts a professional approach regarding confidentiality.
