About You You are a highly skilled and thorough Senior iOS Developer ready to take on a technical leadership role in a fast-paced, high-growth startup. You have a deep understanding of iOS development, including SwiftUI, MVVM, and UIKit, and are passionate about creating impactful mobile experiences. Top 5 Objectives Lead iOS Development: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the iOS development team, setting the technical vision and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. Architect and Design: Design and implement scalable and robust iOS architecture, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability as the app grows. Develop Advanced Features: Develop and optimize advanced features in SwiftUI and MVVM, creating a seamless and engaging user experience. Champion Code Quality: Drive high-quality code standards across the iOS team, promoting best practices in object-oriented programming and MVVM. Mentor and Collaborate: Mentor junior and mid-level iOS developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture. Main Responsibilities Lead technical architecture and design decisions for the iOS app. Develop and optimize advanced features in SwiftUI and MVVM. Drive high-quality code standards and best practices. Oversee the integration of critical SDKs and manage Apple subscriptions. Leverage analytics and A/B testing to drive user engagement and retention. Own the continuous integration (CI) pipeline and ensure smooth releases. Mentor junior and mid-level iOS developers. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Requirements 3+ years of experience in iOS development (we value experience, whether it's 3 years or 10!). Deep expertise in SwiftUI, MVVM, UIKit, and object-oriented design. Experience with JSON, REST APIs, Git/version control, and CI practices. Proven track record in managing Apple subscriptions and using analytics and A/B testing. Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
