Project description:
Atos IT Solutions and Services is looking for an Advanced\Senior IP Network Engineer to help us to deliver our Mission Critical Systems projects. We are working for Public Sector, European Space Agency, for other Space operators, for Atos (different divisions), etc.
Responsibilities
- Configuration, operation and troubleshooting of IP Network
- Network and infrastructure design and implementation
- Create, oversee and test security measures
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Network management
- Mentor team members on technical issues
Requirements
- Very good experience in networking, routing and switching
- Deep sense of network security
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware
- Good knowledge in Linux platforms
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies
- Certifications LPIC, CCNP, VMWare are a plus
- SAN configuration and management
- Organizational and mentoring skills
- Very good communication skills (English)
