You must apply through our internal portal: Title: Senior IT Business Partner Date: Oct 27, 2022 Location: Bucharest, RO Company: MolsonCoors_International Senior Manager IT Business Partner Based: Romania Reports to: IT Director CEE & Export & LicenseYour Purpose: This is a key business relationship management role responsible for engaging with the leadership of a country and CEE regional business function. The IT Business Partner role is the “Face of IT” to the Business, driving the business value of IT & managing strategic business demand. Strategic thinker responsible for managing delivery of a portfolio of business transformation projects, coordinating the IT capabilities required to deliver that portfolio, and ensuring overall client satisfaction through the entire delivery lifecycle. What will you do: Builds & maintains strong business relationships, ensuring IT has a ‘seat at the business table’ Ensures IT Portfolio is aligned with strategic business objectives and drives business value. Responsible for defining high-level solution requirements with the business and IT (translate requirements into IT solutions and project business case) Advises on appropriate action, including needs for business contingency planning, and countermeasures with respect to implementation of IT solutions. Serves as the IT Project Lead, overseeing & driving projects to ensure delivery of specific business function. Hold the accountability for overall project/program delivery including timeline, costs & scope, coordinating with the Program/Project Manager on resourcing, issues & risks, scope, budget & schedule About you: You hold a degree in IT, business, or related curriculum You have 8-10 years of experience in working in IT, with 2-3 years of management level experience, including experience working with 3rd Party Service Providers. You possess a robust understanding of the business application of IT for functional area supported You are proficient in Business Analysis, Organization Change Management and Project Management You demonstrate strong enterprise thinking and influence across functional boundaries and across organizational levels You are skillful in making people deliver without having power over them. You can be effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication at executive and operational levels. You re fluent in English, both verbal and written, and have advanced PC skills.
