Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsBSEE, BSCE, BSCS or related degree plus excellent software/firmware development experiencePrevious managerial/leadership experienceKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practicesForward end state thinking, look for ways to improve technology/processes/teamStrong analytical/problem solving skills – thinking outside the boxUnderstanding of OS Services (Linux or RealTimeOS)Be able to work in a team-oriented environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsDesirable RequirementsFamiliarity with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)Experience with Linux or ZephyrBasic understanding of x86 based personal computer architectureand operating systemsExperience in firmware or BIOS/UEFI developmentFamiliarity with standard hardware protocolsWho we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
