Responsibilities

- Translate Genpact’s digital business objectives, market opportunities, and portfolio (including capabilities) into a formal go-to-market architecture
- Provide insight and support to company leadership to inform the identification and development of solution offerings
- Understand buyer needs, market trends, and our current and future competitive landscape
- Develop audience framework and personas and align them with messaging and value propositions across the digital portfolio
- Drive the salesforce’s adoption of the portfolio go-to-market strategy, with special attention to Genpact’s key capabilities and service lines
- Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to the solutions marketing team on the portfolio
Qualifications we seek in you!
- Bachelors’ degree required, MBA strongly preferred
- Relevant years of professional B2B experience, preferably in the business services and digital arenas
- A hands-on style of working and a dedication to being a great teammate with the ability to mentor less experience solutions marketers
- Five to 10 years of advanced experience with product line or business unit management strongly preferred
- Experience building and executing winning integrated product and solution launches that incorporate the entire marketing ecosystem
- Demonstrated skills in developing messaging and positioning of digital solutions
- Ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to inspire, further and lead team members
- Knowledge of the technology, digital and professional services space and an understanding of changing market dynamics and how to translate them into meaningful strategies to achieve company objectives
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and driving high-impact product and solution campaigns that are measurable and instrumental in helping the organization reach its strategic objectives
- Expertise in driving solution marketing strategies that incorporate a wide spectrum of product, customer, and industry-focused solutions
- Demonstrated history of launching and sustaining products and solutions in the market, aligning launches to campaigns, and providing buyer insight and market intelligence to campaign planning and thought leadership activities
- Ability to effectively perform market sizing and segmentation, and to map portfolio offerings to specific buyer needs
- Experience identifying target audience segments, prioritizing buyer personas and mapping the buyer’s journey
- Strong experience crafting audience-based value propositions and incorporating messaging into the overall go-to-market architecture
- Demonstrated ability to align the organization internally around critical marketing initiatives
