You will have tremendous ownership, and anability to lead a cross-functional team.This position requires excellent domain experience, analytical thinking, ability toquickly build relationships with both customers and candidates. Successfulcandidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment.As our first recruiting hire in Eastern Europe, you will work closely with ourleadership team in Poland to help take the Talent500 brand to market. This role willbe based in Ukraine or Poland.Responsibilities: Build network of suppliers, job boards, vendors across Eastern Europe and broader Europe Lead mandates for customers to fulfill hiring needs and interact directly with stakeholders Be data-driven and follow metrics-driven approach to deliver on time and budget Drive research on benchmarking skills, compensation and related companies Basic Qualifications: Experience across hiring professionals in Poland and additionally building teams in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe Western Europe experience would be great to have!
