Senior Medical Representative Romania, Location: Galați, Brăila or Bacău Are you interested in managing territory sales and market share objectives within Novo Nordisk? Would you like to act as a partner of doctors, providing them with continuous medical information and updates? Then you might be our new Senior Medical Representative! The position As Senior Medical Representative your main goal will be a effective, ethical promotion of Novo Nordisk and its products, according to the company’s internal procedures as well as legal regulation in order to reach the sales targets for the area and the whole company. Other tasks may include: Deliver the given sales and market share target & marketing objectives Promote assigned portfolio to the target group Develop& manage long term relationships/ networks with the physicians Represent Novo Nordisk vision, values, commitments in the daily conduct with the internal& external stakeholders Takes the time to identify and clarify customer needs Provides solutions & deliver core messages to customer Resolves customer objections Acts as an idea leader for his/her own FSM’s group and the whole national team (plays a leading role at cycle and sales meetings in such activities like: role-playing, giving group presentations, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience in Rx products promotion Hands-on and extensive sales experience Studies within the field of medical sciences can be an advantage Romanian language knowledge is a must, and English will be considered a plus As a person you should be easy to communicate with, outgoing but with a concrete goal in mind and acting in order to achieve your goals. Willingness to learn is part of your mindset, as well as building relationships with different entities. Lastly, you have leading aptitudes, and you are eager to put forward proposals that could improve own area / Novo Nordisk performance.
