Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator (all genders) in Bucuresti

The Role Join us as a Senior MDM Administrator, where you’ll be at the heart of our organization’s mobile device management. You’ll ensure the secure and efficient operation of our mobile devices, with a primary focus on Windows devices. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring all mobile devices are correctly configured, secure, and compliant with our IT policies. You’ll also oversee the rollout and operation of applications to our clients.  What you'll do Responsible for the deployment, operation, and security of Windows 10/11 devices using Intune and AutoPilot   Manage Jamf for Apple MacBooks and Apple iPhones   Develop and implement policies for Windows and MacOS/iOS environments using Intune and Jamf   Deploy applications using Patch my PC, Intune, and Jamf   Administer Entra AD, Office 365, and Conditional Access   Manage the transformation and evaluation of our MDM infrastructure   Collaborate with the ISMS team to integrate security measures from the design phase   Leverage the latest technologies to implement new innovations, especially within a hybrid Microsoft 365 and Entra environment Utilize Jira for managing projects, Confluence for creating and maintaining documentation, and ServiceDesk for handling third-level support Experience with the ITIL framework (change management) would be a plus   What you bring to the table Few years of professional experience in the implementation and support of IT architectures related to MDM technologies  Hands-on experience with Intune/Autopilot, with Jamf experience being a plus. Experience in deploying and administrating devices (Windows 10 / 11, MacOS / iOS)  Good knowledge of Entra AD and M365 applications  Experience in digital transformations, project management and documentation  Ability to quickly navigate complex situations and effectively collaborate with stakeholders from various areas  Experience in working with the ITIL framework is a plus  Excellent communication skills in English  Perks at work LucaFlex  – We acknowledge that every individual has different working styles and preferences.
