Role Purpose
Coordinates the design, development, testing and deployment of solutions for Cramer ARM (VF RO instance) and Ericsson Adaptive Inventory (EAI) across the European markets in line with business needs and the domains and verticals strategy. EAI is a global Inventory system to collect data from local markets Inventory to provide to NOC’s for alarming.
Focus on designing and implementing the systems, which ensure the proper management of the information of all network resources used to implement services and products (Network and Service Inventory). Later the discovery of new resources and the planning of the network utilization.
Accountable to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in area of accountability.
Coordinates the translation & translates business demand into technical requirements and identification of the affected areas. Checks feasibility of demands with regard to business needs. The Inventory team is accountable for Inventory and Asset Management Systems cross Europe and team members are from 8 European countries.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the design the Software Architecture of the system included in the Operational Readiness domain in terms of design principles, functional blocks and interfaces.
- Design and develop the IT solution in terms of application software, IT hardware, operating system and data warehouse
- Test the applications together with the clients in order to ensure that implemented solutions are responding to the clients’ needs.
- Define test lists, plan and execute validation activities together with OSS Inventory team and clients.
Core Competencies
- Deep knowledge of telecommunication business in terms of IT and Network technologies
- Deep knowledge of the most adopted service and Network Inventory product for Fixed and Mobile (ARM Cramer Amdocs, Ericsson Adaptive Inventory & others)
- Deep knowledge of most common IT development frameworks and domains’ specific software tools
- Software development lifecycle experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Engineering degree (Bachelor / Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.
- Very good communication and information skills.
- Customer oriented and systematic way of working.
