Job Description We are looking for Senior Security Network Engineer join one of our projects in the banking sector. Services covered are mainly support as escalation for lower levels, design and architecture for new projects, maintain technical environments in scope and review of external providers’ activities. Some technologies require direct operation delivery (pushes on firewall for instance) On top of the day-to-day activities described below, several projects are ongoing or planned to be launched in the coming months like cybersecurity remediation and impacts. Candidates must cover several of the activities domains and technologies described below and demonstrate experience (accordingly to the seniority level) in one or more of the tasks described below. English language technical level and French are mandatory and language is an added value. Tasks description: Incident and request management:       o Monitor and follow-up incidents and requests reported to I&P Technical Operations team via approved channels (ServiceNow and email)       o Be able to provide expert level advices to lower support lines of external providers, or internal teams, supporting THE CUSTOMER infrastructure       o Aim at the resolution of any incident as fast as possible       o Troubleshoot incident if required and requested by THE CUSTOMER management       o Act as escalation point for critical incident       o Coordinate efforts from several teams, including external providers, for complex/cross-technologies incident       o Escalate issues to vendor if necessary and do follow-up       o Work on Post Incident Report if required and requested by THE CUSTOMER management       o Act as entry point within THE CUSTOMER for most of the technologies supported by the third party supplier       o Participate to incident review meetings and service review meetings with service providers Change management:       o Submit if necessary, monitor and follow-up changes within team technical scope       o Be able to provide expert level advices to lower support lines of external providers, or internal teams, supporting THE CUSTOMER infrastructure for change scope, planning and preparation       o Validate change result performed by external providers       o Coordinate complex changes if required and requested by THE CUSTOMER management Project management:       o Act as owner of technical aspects of projects and support THE CUSTOMER infrastructure Problem management:       o Monitor and follow-up problems within technical scope and provide resolution options to THE CUSTOMER Capacity, performance and obsolescence management (*):       o Monitor, report and analyze technologies within agreed technical scope       o Provide detailed reports aligned with THE CUSTOMER standard requirements       o Ensure proper follow-up of the licenses and Certificates used within the technologies in scope Domains and technologies: Routing and Switching       o Cisco Firewall       o Checkpoint       o FortiNet       o Palo Alto VPN and SSL       o IPSEC based on Fortinet       o IPS based on Fortinet and Palo-Alto       o SSL Web VPN based on Pulse Load balancing       o F5 (LTM & ASM modules) Requirements Must Have: 5+ years of experience on security & network Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching Experience with Checkpoint, Fortinet and Palo Alto Firewalls Experience with IPSEC, IPS and SSL WEB Experience with F5(LTM and ASM Modules) EU National Self Assessment Questions: How many years of experience do you have on security & network How many years of experience do you have with Cisco Routing and Switching How many years of experience do you have with  with Checkpoint, Fortinet and Palo Alto Firewalls How many years of experience do you have with  IPSEC, IPS and SSL WEB How many years of experience do you have with  with F5(LTM and ASM Modules) Are you an EU National ?
