Senior PDK Development Engineer - Physical Verification (f/m/div) in Bucuresti

As a Senior Engineer in PDK Development, you implement runsets for in-house package technologies, align with technology development, manage requirements, ensure quality, create documentation, conduct trainings, and support global product development teams. In your new role you will: Implement Calibre DRC Physical Verification runsets for our in-house package technologies Align and plan implementation closely with Infineon’s technology development departments to realize the latest technology requirements into the Backend Assembly Physical Verification checks Manage the alignment of requirements with the technology team and develop the design rules together as a team. Be responsible for automated quality assurance checks Create user documentation and conduct trainings Support the global product development teams in the creation of their designs You are dedicated to quality and efficiency and have the passion to develop new, innovative ideas. As a team player, you quickly establish successful cooperation, appreciate the contribution of others, and support your colleagues proactively. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A university degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science or equivalent At least 1,5 years of experience in Verification environment Sound experience with Calibre DRC runset coding Proven experience with Calibre features (e.g. LVS, PERC, DFM) coding is beneficial The ability to manage a high degree of complexity thanks to good analytical skills, creativity, perseverance and a good sense of priorities Useful programming skills: UNIX, Perl, Python Fluent English skills Möglichkeit mobil aus dem Ausland zu arbeiten (EU) Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
