Description & Requirements Who we are looking for Between 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role; Good knowledge in one or more of the following Teamcenter/Windchill+/3DX/SAP PLM Experience of business process design of end-to-end downstream processes in context of designing, implementing, integrating, or running engineering applications across multiple stakeholders like functional teams, development teams, Product Owners, etc.;Distinct analytical and conceptual capabilities as well as practical thinking and a high degree of orientation towards quality;Conduction and facilitation of client-facing meetings, workshops, and daily/weekly stand-ups; Excellent knowledge of process modelling (e.g. BPMN) and in Engineering processes; Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies; Business fluent in English, German language is an advantage; Good communication skills on a global level with the ability to develop strong client relationships; Nice to have Experience in PLM/PDM integration of CAx/SYS-ENG/SW-ALM Your future role As (Senior) Consultant/Specialist you will contribute your know-how to customer projects on Product development, as well as Systems- and SW Engineering and help to shape it together Development: Conception and design, harmonization and integration of processes in the context of product development / PLM / PDM; Business requirement collection and refinement; Functional Application Design verification and validation; Implementation: You are responsible for mapping an end-to-end process landscape and successfully integrate the stakeholders in process and quality management. Communication: Collaborate globally with functional and technical experts, consultants, and architects to deploy features and releases Hands-on: Improve Agile/ DevOps delivery processes by continuously providing feedback and coming with new ideas.
