Senior Project Developer (Renewable Projects) in Bucuresti

Job Description Responsibilities: Develop utility scale PV/storage projects as a part of the development team. Dealing with landowners with regards to negotiating land lease agreements, easements. Verify projects opportunities, according to the internal manual of the company, including land verification, environmental and spatial planning conditions. Manage external service providers for project development. Manage permitting process under the supervision of Permitting Manager, including contact with local governance and other public authorities. Manage internal due diligence of third parties projects. Gathering information and preparing necessary reports for Senior Project Developer (including input to the budget, schedules and others). Requirements: Degree of Engineering (preferably real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, civil, energy or others). Experience from working with similar responsibilities 3 years. Experience from working with renewable projectsand permitting. Romanian native level. Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Spanish will be a plus. Romanian native level. Collaborative,proactive and engaging team member who partners well with others. Strong communication and presentation skills. Availabilty to travel.
