infeurope is looking for an Senior Project Management Specialist, for eu-LISA in Tallinn. Type of contract: Freelance (Tallinn permanent employment contract also possible) TASKS Manage the implementation of various tasks to meet identified business needs Acquire and use the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality Understand goals and objectives, and ensure that projects are setup to achieve these goals Define and maintain excellent overall communications throughout the project phases Proactively identify and manage all significant issues and risks and escalate as necessary Report and communicate status Assure that process effectiveness is consistently managed. This involves providing an advisory service to the contracting authority's managers and teams Support/coach other team members Assess the potential risks and undertake risk management Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems Manage change and ensure relevant parties are notified of changes in the project Attend meetings to discuss progress and report EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 4 years of relevant education after the secondary school Minimum 6 years of professional experience REQUIREMENTS Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Excel Project management certification advantageous Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage processes and resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills Negotiation, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate (if relevant)
