Studies : university degree
Experience : More than 10 years of experience in project management
Certifications : Good knowledge in Project management tools (time schedule, risk management, budget, erection coordination, safety on site)
Foreign languages : English
PC skills : MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); Project
Competencies/abilities :
- Good knowledge in mechanic or hydraulic / automation (able to discuss technical choices with supplier)
- Able to lead without hierarchic link
- Capacity of team working
- Very good organizer
- Capacity of training people
- Other requirement:
- A supplementary experience in maintenance is a plus
- Abroad experience in multicultural context are welcome
- Experienced in heavy industries like steel, cement, aluminum, paper, petrol and derivates

Job responsibilities:
- Manages the project team and partners across project lifecycle from definition phase through implementation
- Creates and direct executes project work plans revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to user department.
- Effectively applies project methodology and enforces project standards
- Minimize our exposure and risk on project, including HSE
- Ensures project documents are complete, currently up-dated and stored appropriately
- Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet projects requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability and/or longer life
- Once assigned to a project, SPM leads the project from the starting of project preparation to full implementation, success full ramp-up and fulfillment of expected performances, in cooperation with the pilot
- He is responsible for :
- o HSE application and steering for a safe environmental compliant design and safe site works
- o Quality management and project methodology compliance
- o Time, schedule and budget definition and steering with support of experts in progress section when needed
- He organize project reporting on: safety, progress, quality, costs, schedule, communication, purchase status and supplier relationship with the support of the experts when needed
- During project preparation, with the CAPEX Purchase Leader, under the lead of Pilot Owner, he contributes to the industrial performance definition, functional & technical design, and technical specifications
- He supports the pilot of project during ramp-up
- Define the individual goals of PM, Engineers and Technicians in accordance with CTO, HPD and HST (Construction and Erection) directives and animates the transversal relationship within the project organization
- Support good relationship with the internal customers for improving satisfaction by implementing good project governance. (Meetings, reviews…)
- Support the relationship with the external suppliers
