Senior Protection Associate in Suceava

The position is based in the Suceava field office in the north of Romania. The position requires a strong background in working with refugees, refugee law, and proven experience and knowledge of community-based protection. The position requires demonstrated competencies in engaging directly with communities of concern to identify the risks they face and to leverage their capacities to protect themselves, their families, and their communities. This includes direct experience in meaningful community engagement in line with AGD principles.The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and proactively collaborate with colleagues. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including drafting, and reporting skills. Strong analytical skills are required.
