You’ll focus on writing and executing integration, end-to-end, and API tests to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability. Working closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, you’ll help establish quality standards and integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments. You’ll use tools like JUnit, PyTest, JMeter, and XRay to test backend services and system performance, while also providing mentorship to junior QA engineers. A passion for continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with emerging QA trends will be key to success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks using modern tools and best practices Write and execute integration, and end-to-end test cases to ensure product quality and reliability Automate API testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability Develop and execute smoke, load, and regression tests to ensure system stability across new releases Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to establish quality standards throughout the development lifecycle Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable deployments Use tools such as JUnit, TestContainers, PyTest, JMeter, and XRay to ensure thorough testing of backend services, APIs, and system performance Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and system vulnerabilities Provide technical mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Monitor and analyze testing results, reporting and tracking defects to resolution Stay updated with emerging QA trends, tools, and practices to improve the product testing strategy Requirements 6+ years of experience in QA automation, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs Procient in Java and testing tools like JUnit, TestContainers, and Mockito Experience with PyTest for API testing and JMeter for load and performance testing Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the release process Deep understanding of testing strategies, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing Take initiative and own your work, proactively driving quality efforts across the development lifecycle Problem-solver, constantly looking for innovative ways to enhance test coverage and improve testing effciency Excel in collaborative environments, working eectively across engineering and product teams Experience in the fintech industry is a plus Familiarity with tools like XRay for regression testing is highly desirable TECH STACK Testing Tools: JUnit, TestContainers, PyTest, JMeter, XRay Databases: PostgreSQL, CassandraDB, Redis Messaging: Kafka Containerization: Docker API Standards: REST, gRPC Cloud: Azure Benefits Opportunity to work on impactful projects in the fast-growing fintech space Competitive pay  Flexible work environment, including opportunities for remote work Healthcare  Generous time off policies
