We are seeking Front-End Engineers with a strong background in building reusable components and frameworks. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in ReactJS and possess a keen ability to construct scalable and maintainable component architectures. This role requires a proactive mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and effective collaboration skills to contribute to the development of a top-tier UI component library. Key Responsibilities: Develop reusable components with a focus on modularity and abstraction to facilitate reuse across multiple projects. Standardize accessing behaviours in components to ensure consistency and efficiency. Ensure components maintain a consistent model while accommodating variations for diverse use cases. Implement versioning strategies for components to ensure backward compatibility and consistency for developers. Create comprehensive documentation for components, including examples and usage guidelines. Collaborate closely with the design team (UI/UX) to translate designs into functional components and maintain consistency between design and implementation. Incorporate automation tools to streamline the linkage between design assets (e.g., Figma) and components. Utilize Storybook for component development, maintenance, and showcasing. Qualifications:  Proven experience in building reusable components and component frameworks. Expertise in ReactJS and proficiency in related frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong understanding of component design principles, including abstraction, modularity, and scalability. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and versioning strategies for component libraries. Familiarity with documentation practices and tools for maintaining comprehensive component documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with UI/UX designers. Familiarity with automation tools for frontend development is a plus. Experience with Storybook or similar tools for component development and showcasing is preferred. Traits: Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
