Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in the Recruitment field - preferable in an outsourcing company;
- Proficiency in English (both written and speaking communication skills);
- Assertive and open to feedback;
- Ability to communicate in a comprehensive manner;
- Attention to details - ability to process data in a timely and accurate manner;
- Result-oriented and able to measure the performance.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Understanding the profiles for existing openings within current processes and the new ones;
- Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and post them on recruitment websites, professional networks, own career email address;
- Managing the recruitment database and update the candidates profiles;
- Providing feedback to Hiring managers about short-listed candidates;
- Reviewing the candidates' applications and offer feedback after each step of the process;
- Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters;
- Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions.
