In the form of active feedback, you will direct teams to choose a suitable way of working. You will help them to see if something is holding them back when delivering value to the customer. Further you will:help team members to understand Agile values and adapt them to their daily routinebe part of the Agile transformation together with Scrum Masters’ team work on the development of teams and individuals and help them shape their soft and communication skillsensure that the Product Owner knows how to manage the Product Backlog and other PO duties to maximize the value delivered by the development teamhelp everyone understand advantages of the incremental approach of software developmentmediate potential misunderstandings and calm down emotions if neededshare and gain experience with other Scrum Mastersfacilitate team meetings You must have:Few-years experience as Scrum Master.
