Throughout the project you will be responsible for maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to ensure that any changes or updates to the scope are properly addressed and managed What you’ll be doing: Collaborating with different stakeholders to design and develop new features Ability to create technical documentation Implementing and testing new creative solutions Performing code reviews and assuring code quality Being a mentor for other developers throughout the project to support and enforce all technical aspects Working as a member of an Agile-oriented team in international environment Developing, and implementing software utilizing documentation platforms to create and manage medical device product documents (UML diagrams, class diagrams, requirement specification, etc.) You will be the best fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline 5+ years of hands-on development experience in C++ or above 2+ years of experience as a senior developer or technical lead with responsibility for guiding the technical direction of other developers Proficiency in object-oriented languages & frameworks such as C++ and experience with Microsoft and Web technology stacks Experience in developing software for systems-oriented and distributed platforms Fluent in written and spoken English Good knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies, TDD and deeply understanding of processes within Product Lifecycle Management Strong analytical skills Experience in test automation techniques Customer and goal orientation, proactivity Nice to have - QT, Secure DICOM, Work experience in medical business domain All nice things we can offer: UoP or B2B contract - you decide, Remote work or working from our Bialystok, Warsaw or Wroclaw offices.
