Senior Software Tester in Constanţa

We invite you to join our team! It is focused on building solutions for a large US-based client from the telecom industry. We are building systems for managing, testing and inspecting devices such as routers. You will have a chance to work with a skilled team of quality engineers, solve complex technical challenges ranging from network performance to device integration. Application to manage subscribers' network devices The team has a total of about 10 people. We are looking for a QA to take care of one of the sub-projects. Requirements Experience minimun 5 years Experience working in a similar position (minimum 1 year) Experience working in Scrum methodology Ability to write test cases and acceptance criteria Ability to work in a team environment English language level for fluent oral and written communication Knowledge of HTTPS and SOAP network protocols Experience in REST API testing Knowledge of basic networking (NAT, IPV4 and IPV6, packet, etc.) Experience working with network devices Responsibilities Testing ongoing tasks provided by developers Reporting bugs encountered Co-creating acceptance criteria for tasks Creating and maintaining test documentation Suggesting improvements in the context of increasing quality in the project Suggesting additional types of tests, depending on project needs Testing system performance Testing integration of devices and systems Nice to have Knowledge of TR-069 specifications Experience in running performance and load tests Ability to use bash commands and run scripts in Python What we offer: 100% remote work Participation in a lot of trainings and workshops, including the budget of 12 000 PLN per year for certificates or studying The individual growth path Fully paid lunch break (1 hour) that is included in 8 hours shift Language lessons or budget for private classes Amazon Kindle and budget for e-books Referral program  Relocation Package (if you choose to work from our headquarters in Gdynia) Co-financing for cultural and sporting events Integration Parties The challenge Our teams deals with multiple challenges, such as: Building large, scalable, complex systems using varied technologies  Integrating with cutting edge devices delivered by varied vendors Working with multiple communications protocols and properly tailoring them to requirements The core of what we do are not simple CRUD based applications - if you choose to join us, you will have an opportunity to work on more complex, less repeatable systems.
