Business Excellence Team - Who We Are:Partnering across the enterprise, Business Excellence is a team within the IT Enterprise Enablement division. The Business Excellence team works to enable and accelerate business priorities, business case realization and transformation efforts, through an integrated suite of services focused on understanding change, stakeholder needs, communications, process and capability building. Our mandate is to enable business excellence in the management and successful delivery of Programs and Projects through change management, communications, process and overall business principles, approaches and activities Position Summary:In this role, you will build strong relationships across the business, technology, operations and HR, while delivering transformational and sustained change on initiatives of varying size, scale, and complexity. As an Senior Specialist, Organizational Change Management, you will work in a collaborative form in the design and delivery of change, communications and process management interventions. Under the direction of the Director, Business Excellence, you will work closely with team members across the organization, as well as work independently and confidently, to manage your own workload. You’ll be able to understand program priorities and stakeholder requirements as well as design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs. What Will You Do? Change Management Lead the change management workstream of a program applying a structured change management approach and process Develop the integrated change management plan and activities required to enable IT programs. Complete the appropriate impact assessments and evaluate the results to understand the change requirements for key stakeholder groups Create the most effective communication and training plan of activities Collaborate, coach and influence others to drive the change process Communications, Training and Business Readiness Design, develop and deliver communications, training and business readiness materials to enable change using a wide variety of formats including written, visual and storyboarding tools. Project Management Plan, manage, execute and report on the change management workstream of a program Raise risks / issues and provide solutions to minimize the impact on work stream timelines Facilitate workshops, design sessions and decision making. Who You Are Ability to command a room as a respectful, confident, knowledgeable and clear communicator Logical thinker Attention to detail Ability to drive a plan forward Strong presentation and organization skills Strong team player who enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Superior software skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience 6-8 years of relevant experience or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience Education Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, Communications or related area. MBA would be an asset. Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation either in process or working towards any of the following: PROSCI, ACMP, CCMP or similar change certification; PPM, lean / six sigma or similar process certification Celestica is an equal opportunity employer.
