As a Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SiriusXM's innovative advertising solutions and lead product marketing for multiple podcast and streaming solutions. Your leadership will be key in driving cross-functional and cross-product marketing strategies that cater to prosumer, professional, and enterprise podcast products, as well as our direct sales advertising technology platform. What you'll do: Strategic Product Launches: Lead the charge in launching cutting-edge advertising solutions that align with SiriusXM's vision for the future of audio entertainment. Ensure that every product launch is meticulously planned, executed, and communicated, resonating with our target audiences. Cross-Functional Leadership: Own and drive cross-functional marketing strategies, collaborating with diverse teams across SiriusXM, AdsWizz, and Simplecast to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all podcast products and platforms. Agency & Contractor Management: Lead and manage relationships with external contractors and marketing agencies, ensuring their work aligns with our strategic goals. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency while optimizing resource allocation to achieve the best outcomes for our product marketing initiatives. Customer-Facing Content Development: Craft compelling, informative, and engaging customer-facing materials. This includes feature overviews, product guides, videos, knowledge base articles, FAQs, video tutorials, and email marketing campaigns that highlight the unique value propositions of AdsWizz and Simplecast products. Market Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated, and compelling product positioning and messaging that cuts through the noise and solidifies our products as leaders in the market. Ensure that messaging resonates with our target audiences across all segments. Technical Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily digestible, user-friendly content that empowers both internal teams and external customers. Internal Enablement: Equip internal teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively understand and communicate the value of our products. Develop internal marketing materials that drive product knowledge, market share, and revenue growth. Podcast Product Marketing Leadership: Serve as the primary product marketer for our podcast offerings, providing critical updates to ensure alignment and success across the organization. Represent the Product & Technology organization at global industry events, showcasing our innovations and building relationships with key stakeholders. Represent the product as a subject matter expert externally – via industry articles and blog posts. Strategic Go-To-Market Leadership: Lead, partner, and support key strategic go-to-market initiatives that drive significant impact on platform monetization and creator strategies for AdsWizz, Simplecast, and SiriusXM. Influence & Decision-Making: Drive strategic decisions by influencing cross-functional leaders and stakeholders, building consensus, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Expert Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key communicator and collaborator, working closely with Product, Sales, Ad Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure all projects meet projected deadlines and are executed with precision. What you’ll need: 10+ years of proven expertise in product marketing, technical writing, communications, or content marketing within the technology sector, with a demonstrated ability to lead a wide range of projects. BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience, with a strong background in crafting tailored messaging for diverse audiences Exceptional confidence in engaging with and managing stakeholders across all levels of the organization, with a track record of building consensus and driving strategic initiatives. A leader who takes full responsibility for the development and execution of product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. Superior command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
