In this Senior Supervisor Customs Clearance position •You will coordinate supervisors and teamleaders of the contact teams, declarants and agents teams located in GTW Otopeni, as well as them entire teams (day-to-day job, processes, procedures). •You will contribute to the improvement of the import/export clearance processes – procedures, performance measurement system, KPIs & objectives setting – in line with the customer needs, legislation and company’s interest •You will appraise, develop and motivate the assigned staff •You will ensure the right resources are in place to maintain/ exceed local and network standards • You will monitor staff productivity and take corrective actions where necessary to achieve and maintain standards •You will ensure that the import/export customs clearance procedures and processes are compliant with customers’ needs and local legislationDo you have what it takes?
