Senior Supplier Quality Engineer in Ghimbav

Our Quality Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to support the the team! What you will do as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer:Maintain the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines and tools), to ensure the requested quality in line with the purchasing strategies in order to meet the cost- and productivity targetsPlan and conduct supplier evaluations and assessments (VDA to support the cross-functional supplier selection team with the required quality dataPlan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase (supplier APQP) for supplied parts and services (Feasibility Commitment, Project Reviews, Run & Rate, PPAP, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Control Plan etc.) to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirementsPlan, initiate, implement and control the appropriate supplier quality assurance measures along the complete process chain in the make / market phase for all supplied goods and services, in his area of responsibility, to continuously observe the quality performance of the supplierDefine targets and control measures with the supplier to be able to support the quality targetsContinuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management SystemEnsure the compliance with legal and corporate guidelines (e. g. labor time, environment protection)Take appropriate organizational and supervisory measures to comply with rules for safety, environmental protection, fire protection, security and health protection What you will need to succeed:University degree ( Mechanics, Electronics)Quality methods knowledgeQuality standards (ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, VDA)Specialized knowledge: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSAProblem solving skillsEnglish proficiency What we offer:Integration program in a professional, young and dynamic teamCompetitive salaries (based on performance) & benefitsHealth & wellness (Private Health Insurance, Sport activities)Professional development opportunitiesStabilityInternational work Environment & Traveling opportunities
