Responsibilities Effectively interact with others, establish open, candid and trusting relationships. Work with the sites to drive improvements on the key metrics for service, past dues, stockouts, inventory and leadtime, reviewing root cause analysis and recovery plans. Key focus would be on: Inventory management activities : planning parameters optimization, slow moving inventory decrease , stock balancing between sites , MRP execution , suggest portfolio rationalization . Past dues recovery / materials availability improvement : work with the sites to understand the main supply constraints and with Commodity Managers / R&D to find solutions FFocus on sales/demand management improvements with customer service and improve collaboration with customers on forecasting, including intercompany. Look for sourcing opportunities for supply chain improvements (Agility, JIT programs, supplier leadtime reduction, delivery frequency improvements) Work with Eaton central freight procurement to optimise transport and material flows and ensure operational targets are met, without impacting leadtime/customer performance Provide support to the sites to implement/deploy standardized tools, processes and indicators during alignment with Eaton .
