We design, build, manage and run complex technology platforms and help our clients to benefit from our work and creativity. What you might encounter as a Senior TPM:Complex projects based around Marketing Technologies (Adobe, Sitecore)Well defined project management approaches including supporting templates, internal processes as well as modern tools and governanceDefining features and services to be delivered including underlying solutions, software delivery, and quality processesInitiating a project: planning and managing the scope, budget and schedule, communication, risk, issues, and changesAssessing progress using the Earned Value technique (% complete)Managing distributed teams from all over the world Tools you will use:JIRA, Miro, Trello, MS Office, Sharepoint, Power BI, Ariba We would like you to have skills in the following areas:  Minimum, 5 years of project management experience working with development teamsProven experience in software development; life-cycle of web-based applications as well as risk, scope, and budget managementLeadership skills - problem-solving, inspiring, and leading a teamExcellent knowledge and application of PM methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile methodology (e.g., Kanban and Scrum), ITIL (Certificates – good to have)Fluent English (C1 level)Excellent communication skills, genuine interest in technology, and a desire to continue learningWhat we offer: Salary depending on presented skills: 19 000 – 25 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment), 20 000 – 26 000 PLN (B2B)Hybrid work style and flexible working hours.
