Senior Transport Coordinator - Time Critical in Dragomireşti

Mission Collect and analyse customer's orders; Find the right solutions in a timely manner; Calculate rates, routes and transit times; Stay in a continuous dialogue with customers to understand their needs and expectations; Organise the transports in the best manner for the company and client; Follow up ongoing transports making sure the delivery is made on time and all problems are solved with expedience; Update customer regularly; Negotiate and buy transport's services with the best quality/gain-ratio; Insure the relation and the information flow from and to the carriers/drivers; Manage the reporting of his/her activity; Manage the relation with suppliers/providers in a spirit of long-term collaboration and confidence-building. Profil Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position, in a freight forwarding or transportation company, or in a transport/logistics department; Highly customer-oriented (internal and external); Knowledge of the freight transport market; Experience in the extra-community transport and/or in national (domestic) transportation; Experience in working with big industrial customers; Abilities of communication and negotiations; Autonomy, organization, precision, logic and rigor; Agility and flexibility, team spirit and mutual support, initiative and proactivity; Fluency in English, any other foreign language will be an advantage.
