Senior UX Designer in Constanţa

English (advanced) Axure (advanced) Figma (advanced) UX (advanced) Hybrid work – 4 days from the Client's office in Warsaw We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to take part in building an application for a company from the financial services industry. You will be working in one team with UI designer and simultaneously with existing internal UX+UI Designers team. Responsibilities:Strengthening the user experience by visual means appropriate to user needs and cognitive abilitiesTaking care of usability of our digital products.Researching, developing and executing design solutions for acquiring portals, e-commerce solutions and mobile applicationsCreating and presenting interaction design concepts (wireframes), prototypes and final designsEngaging directly with consumers, designing concepts and prototypes to be tested, uncovering key unmet needs and rapid-prototype solutions to big problems. Translating those solutions to meet the needs of our merchant and financial institutions customers. Analysing the results of testing and research and recommend winning design solutionsMonitoring UX/UI trends and technologyAmbition to design applications that are able to compete with Revolut, Stripe or Klarna Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in UX designProficient in spoken and written EnglishExcellent communication skills, ability to communicate ideas and propose solutions to stakeholdersBA/BS degree of social sciences, interaction design, industrial design or similarRelevant user interface design experience, experience with the use of the Design SystemSuperior knowledge and hands on working experience of user experience design process and user researchHighly proficient using design tools: Figma and prototyping tools: AxureSkill in translating customer insights to ideas/concepts/products Offer:MultiSport PlusGroup insuranceMedicovere-learning platform
