Optimizely (nice to have) GTM (nice to have) JavaScript (nice to have) HTML5 / CSS3 (nice to have) Power BI (regular) Tableau (regular) Google Analytics (regular) We are seeking a highly skilled Web and Digital Data Analyst with expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA) who can help implement and improve tracking and end-to-end analytics implementations. You'll be focused on solving customer problems, such as technical integrations that enable marketing teams to accurately attribute and optimize conversions across web and mobile app environments, and designing standardized tracking solutions that can be deployed at scale across all customers. In addition, you think it is important that the right data is collected within various analytics and marketing platforms so that customers and colleagues can build and rely on the data and insights. To create the right solutions for the customer, it is essential to collaborate with specialists from all digital marketing channels, product and development teams. You work directly with the customer, with both business and technical-oriented roles contributing to the translation of business objectives into technical requirements, such as the preparation of measurement strategies. This often starts with an audit of an existing analytics implementation, and you work on a plan of action for the necessary adjustments and/or new implementations for complex scenarios. Sharing knowledge is important and we help each other where necessary. Because every customer has different wishes and goals, it is important to be aware of the possibilities in the market; from analytics solutions such as server-side tagging to marketing implementations, GA4 to integrations with marketing platforms and alternatives to GA4 to ensure compliance with the privacy regulations. In this dynamic world, it is important that you enjoy working with new techniques yourself in order to ensure that our customers remain at the forefront of the market. The ideal candidate's skills include:/ 4+ years required hands-on experience implementing and debugging digital analytics tracking on web and app products / 4+ of reporting, and technical background experience with Google Analytics (GA360, GA4), and Web tag managers (GTM) / Experience in tracking implementations of data layers including eCommerce / Ability to code in support of customer requirements (JavaScript, JSON and SQL, HTML, and CSS are an advantage) / Experience creating a holistic digital analytics ecosystem by integrating data across analytics platforms and tools / Experience with cloud-based data warehouses data ingestion (e.g. Google BigQuery) / Experience with optimization tools (e.g. Optimizely) / Experience configuring data visualization platforms (e.g. Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau) / Upper-Intermediate English level / Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills / Strong desire to learn more about business every day Optional: / Knowledge of legislative restrictions around tracking personal data From discovery to optimization clients trust Valtech to remove complexity and deliver innovative, frictionless solutions that close the experience gap between customer expectation and reality.
