Service Coordinator in Bucuresti

Office Location: Bucharest, hybrid role Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 Collaboration Type: Individual Labor Contract Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be considered. Tasks Coordinate service resources by scheduling work locations, materials, and subcontractors for SVC technicians on site to ensure all interventions are completed on time. Generate work order documents using internal software tools, notify clients. Coordinate with the parts team, logistics team, and warehouse to ensure the necessary material is available as per implementation requests. Provide administrative support to all service clients and the service team, ensure team cohesion, demonstrate consistent teamwork, and provide consultancy within the team and the dedicated territory. Manage the complete direct procurement process end-to-end in ORACLE, send purchase orders to subcontractors and suppliers, order parts from the factory for service works, and create receipts upon completion. Maintain contact with sales and technical staff to keep them informed of customer needs. Requirements Required Knowledge: Minimum high school education (university education preferred). At least 3 years of experience in coordinating service activities. IT knowledge (ability to work in various systems and programs and a good knowledge of MS Office). English language proficiency – communicative level. Experience in supervising a small team (technicians or blue-collar workers) is welcomed. Good orientation about HVAC systems (doesn't need to be an engineer, but experience in a similar industry is a strong point). Knowledge about administration and financial invoicing.
