Job Description:Overview:The Product Management team as part of the Global Procurement Capability and Development function is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the organisation. Working closely with key business stakeholders and technology partners to align on strategy the Product Management team create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process.The team is now expanding and searching for high performing talent to join the team and enable Deutsche Bank’s Procurement transformation.Key Responsibilities:Assists in the business requirements gathering, functional design, implementation, release management, product stabilization and on-going support and maintenance of one or multiple SAP and SAP-Ariba modulesAssists with overall value proposition and required process and data enablers across the end to end platform ensuring optimal design to maximise and capture the value proposition.Gathers problem statements and demand from business stakeholders and works with procurement functions to develop business cases and benefit realisation plans.In conjunction with technology teams, system integration partners and business stakeholders develops and leads master data governance, controls compliance and deployment activities including test strategy and execution, change management and communication plans to ensure production readiness.Responsible for problem solving business and product issues to improve overall user experienceSkills & Qualifications:A proven track record in supply chain area with expertise in the source-to-pay process (5+ years)2+ years of implementation and/or product management experience across a number of SAP and SAP-Ariba products (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Procurement, Guided Buying, Ariba Services Procurement, SAP AP and MDG-S).Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills. Able to define and understand the most critical issues. Strong business planning, change management, stakeholder management, information sharing and knowledge transfer skillsLeader with a global business perspective and passion for working with a high performing organisation. Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills. Experience working in Agile and Lean Business methodologies.Fluent in English (written/verbal). Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent); Degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
