What you'll be doing Oversee the daily operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT support requests. Lead, mentor, and manage service desk teams to maintain high performance and service quality. Track key performance metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Manage escalations and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues. Implement and optimize service desk processes in alignment with ITIL best practices. Act as the primary liaison between IT support teams, end users, and senior management. What you'll bring along Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration with a focus on IT, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in in IT support/service desk management. Ability to interpret and apply best practices, policies, and procedures effectively. ITIL Foundation Certification, with a goal of achieving the ITIL Practitioner Certification for Service Level Management.
