Service Engineer in Titu

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out road tests in accordance with the customer's standards.Performing corrective, preventive and verification maintenance (calibrations, linearization) for equipment and installations Ensure the installation, maintenance and support of AVL software Carry out precise diagnoses (on-site or remotely) of technical problems and resolution of customer requests for maintenance and service, as well as user support Contributes to achieving maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining a good collaboration with them and colleagues Cooperation with AVL interfaces (for example: hotline, superior, team leader, sales, administration) Performs/supports in the preparation of use and service documentation (procedures, service reports and calibration certificates), if necessary Acquisition of new knowledge Carries out any other orders received from the boss or superior Works carried out mainly in Titu, with occasional travels abroad YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor/Master’s degree in one of the relevant fields, automotive / transportation engineering. Knowledge of thermodynamics and chemical concepts. Strong knowledge of pollutants and particulate formation and of the different concepts of treatment. Previous experience on automotive tests perimeters. Have an analytical and critical thinking mindset. Strong team player. Good written and spoken English, knowledge of French language would be a plus. Driving license is mandatory.
