This IT service acts as acornerstone of our future IT landscape. The transition of the IT service fromthe current to the new BPO provider and a smooth operation of the IT service iscrucial for our business.We are looking for a strong, experienced professional eager to join usin this exciting new challenge as the owner and manager of all IT relatedaspects and topics during takeover and operations of the Workday IT service.Your responsibilitiesAs a projectlead for our takeover project, you will ensure, that all needed functionsare available when needed. Based on this project, as an owner of the IT service, you will define, improve, communicate andimplement end-to-end IT service management processes, based on ITIL bestpractices. In alignment with the service providers and the business keystakeholders, you ensure a smooth operation and demand driven development ofthe IT service. Your responsibility covers the following areas:You will setupand drive the takeover project for Workday operations together with the currentand future provider.
