JIRA (nice to have) Agile (junior) ITIL (junior) ServiceNow integration (regular) ServiceNow (regular) Our Client is global design & manufacturing leader in the field of medical devices.For their rapidly growing Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, we currently look for a ServiceNow Developer.This is an internal position at the competence centre of the client - not at an outsourcing provider. This job is based on contract of employment ('umowa o pracę) and requires occasional visits to the Warsaw officeOn the position you will work as part of the Global IT Services Team to provide Service Development services and support the team with maintenance and running of Service Now.ServiceNow developer is a professional who has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, data models and development.Your tasksCreate complex ServiceNow workflows based on process flow diagrams and specifications.Understanding and experience of the latest versions of ServiceNow's Cloud based platform.Knowledge of various ServiceNow Modules includingWorking on agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope.Knowledge of ITSM processes, Service Now, Configuration management Database, DR, SLA and infrastructure.Creating catalog items, catalog scripts, UI PoliciesTable edits, automationsEditing formsManaging ACLs, client and server scripts, business rulesManage day-to-day admin tasks on the platformAnalyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and implement toolsAdministration duties, configuration tasks, and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integrationSome development activities maybe outsourced to an external Service Now partner, so this role will be required to collaborate with them to ensure the best solution is developedWorking with internal customers on requirements and finding solutions within Service NowYour profileBSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, ITIL qualification or related experienceAt least 2-3 years of experience with development and administration of ServiceNow platformExperience integrating ServiceNow with third-party solutions and tools (Jira, SAP, Salesforce..)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of Agile development processBasic Understanding of ITILServiceNOW CertifiedAbility to work both independently and in a team environment, effectively interacting with othersOwns very high standards of qualityStrong English written and verbal communication skillsOur Client's OfferContract of employment (umowa o pracę) and stable working conditionsWork from home with occasional visits to company HQ in WarsawOnboarding program provided with close cooperation with peersSupport in further training and development opportunitiesAn open corporate culture, supportive atmosphereHigh innovation pace and interesting med-tech productsModern office with comfortable working environmentCafeteria benefit system covering private medical care etc.
