A not-for-profit organisation are seeking a dynamic and skilled ServiceNow Platform Manager to join their team. The ServiceNow Platform Manager will have the opportunity to manage the full ServiceNow platform with the goal of maximising employee awareness, adoption, and satisfaction. ServiceNow Platform Manager Responsibilities:Implement, and support the organisation's ServiceNow Roadmap and governance structure in line with organisational policies.Manage a small team and collaborate with suppliers to develop strong relationships with ServiceNow.Direct technical and governance roadmaps aligned with the organisation's data and security policies for continuous improvement.Drive the adoption strategy within ServiceNowDefine and monitor KPIs across the suite to ensure the most effective utilisation of ServiceNow.Lead the team in delivering these initiatives and managing the transition to "live service" while effectively managing change.Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members, proactively managing issues and delivering associated projects.Stay up to date with new product enhancements and drive their adoption within the organisation.ServiceNow Platform Manager Requirements:Deep technical and functional expertise within ServiceNowProven experience in managing and leading teams.Strong relationship-building skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with data and security policies and governance structures.Ability to drive adoption and implement "best practices" across ServiceNow.Strong project management and change management skills.This client is committed to promoting a fair and inclusive workplace.
