ServiceNow Senior Developer/Administrator/CMDB AnalystSalary: National - ranging from £49, - £78, and London from £53, - £80, per annumWould you like an opportunity to be at the forefront of our ambition to be a data and technology driven regulator of the future?The team/department:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Senior CMDB Analyst/Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization to implement and optimize CMDB processes, ensuring efficient IT service delivery and operational excellence.As a successful ServiceNow Senior Administrator(CMDB), you will be working within the ERP Product Group DevOps team within our Data Tech & Innovation division. Collaborating with the ERP Product Group and key business owners and SMEs, you will play the role of senior administrator in a team delivering improvements to our existing ServiceNow instance and Business as Usual operations.
