RED Global on behalf of a market leading client are looking for an SIS-IATA SME to take part in a project in SingaporeStart Date - September Duration - November Location - Remote with some onsite for workshopsCapacity - 5 days per weekLanguage - English Responsibilities-. Explore phase/design.1. Understand customer business processes through process design documents & requirement traceability Matrix.2. Identify questions to be asked to business teams which are unanswered in given documentation.3. Prepare for conducting onsite workshops.4. Conduct business process alignment & To-be design workshops, ONSITE only.a. Share Airlines industry experience, challenges, issues encountered & provide right direction to design solution/to-be business processes in respective track.b. Show-case Airline industry business knowledge & expertise in respective business area during workshops & extract necessary information for solution design.c. Take holistic approach to think end-to-end business processes, prerequisites, integrations with other processes.d. Drive discussions towards closure of design.e. Help in preparing Solution design document, functional specifications document & test scenarios with offshore team.f. Conduct design walkthroughs, provide timely feedback to business stakeholders' clarifications to ensure design sign-off.g. Exhibit onsite lead role in alignment with offshore team.h. Provide change impact analysis inputs to change mgt. team.5. Help project managers & provide inputs on workshop agenda & schedule preparation.* Realize phase:-o Help in configuration, integration of processes.
