Site & Global Booking Tool IT Product Owner in Bucuresti

Job role Should be the core reference data around which business is conducted focusing on following key domains OE, User, HW Bundles, Locations, Business Entities, Financial aspects linked with SNOW & SAP data. The role will execute on supporting existing data domains and working with the business to identify other areas that can benefit from central team. Responsibilities: Work on the activities in scope for OE onboarding to shared service, in line with the framework and plan Develop the scope and define backlog items as user stories, features, and epics, that will guide the development team. Maintain a close relationship with the Customers Work on best solution for the OE to be properly onboarded (e.g. Technical User availability and set-up) SNOW Location cleansing Work closely with both the business and other partners on key master data initiatives to analyze, cleanse and enrich existing Master data Develop processes for effective data collection, data integration, data analysis, data visualization and reporting required to run the business of WPS Develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting using standard tools like PowerBI, MicroStrategy etc. Support WPS team and processes around master data requests (entry, review and approvals) Establish strong documentation for both existing processes and operational guides Automate reporting to support all in scope WPS services Prepare periodically audits to ensure data consistency and quality Collaborate with WPS Product Owners to understand the demand, provide delivery proposals and implementation for the Master Data, Analytics, User Access Management & Data Privacy Measure, report, analyze and propose mitigating actions to improve our data quality together with our data asset owner and controlling team (e.g. periodically review of data charged in SAP vs. SNOW data) Involvement in any Site inventory exercise in special on Data correction Responsible for the Site Bundles creation or customization Makes effort to acquire/ learn further skills / knowledge for personal development Requirements Ability to set priorities and work to tight deadlines Experience in Agile environment Knowledge of JIRA tool Good level of self-organization, strong ability to work under pressure High analytical skills and solid business judgement Self-motivated, proactive and customer-centric working style Well-developed social skills and cross-cultural experience (ability to operate within a global team environment / work within global virtual teams) Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances Tool knowledge in the use of the project management tools JIRA and Confluence is an advantage Skills Ideally background from Business-IT translation, IT system technical documentation Technical understanding of IT systems and processes Service Now Experience Willingness to perform operational tasks in writing, copying and proof-reading technical documents Ideally experience in project work Comfortable with changing environment, high visibility and challenging stakeholders University degree, preferably in with focus in Information Technology (e.g. MBA, MSc) Ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholder Intercultural competence, global mindset, solution orientation, willingness to learn and flexibility Very good MS office skills Entrepreneurial spirit with creative thinking Fluent English, ideally basic German knowledge BenefitsWe place people at the core of what we do, this is why we are committed to your personal and professional growth: Complete training curricula available (tailored courses) International Certifications (Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prince, ITIL, IFOA, ACCA, IACCM etc.) Comprehensive Leadership Programs All you can learn with LinkedIn Learning!
