Job Description About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of consultancy and engineering services in the renewable energy sector. They specialize in the comprehensive design and execution of electrical systems for power plants, delivering innovative solutions that ensure optimal efficiency and sustainability in every project. Site locations: Teius (Alba), Gogosu (Dolj), Bacau, Galati, Satu Mare, Constanta Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Supervise the construction and installation of electrical systems in stations, ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines. Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols. Team Coordination: Manage on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial targets are met. Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in constructing and managing electrical stations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of electrical station construction and installation processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
