Site Reliability Engineer in Constanţa

Join Natek on a position of Site Reliability Engineer and become part of a large, global IT initiative/program in the pharmaceutical industry that connect patients all around the world.  Remote with occasional trips to Warsaw: once every 1-2 months  Your responsibilities  System support & troubleshooting .   Initial technical analysis for production incidents - assisting Support team in technical requests, like: DB records checks, APIs status, error logs, etc.  Assisting Support engineers, BA and QA in identifying incident source area - Config, CMS, App, Web, Device, Boost, Integrations.   Develop and maintain automation tools, scripts, and configuration management systems.  Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes.   Develop and manage monitoring tools and systems to track the health, performance, security, and availability of software applications, infrastructure components, and services.   Set up alerts, dashboards, and metrics to proactively detect and respond to system outages, service disruptions, and performance incidents.   Investigate and diagnose the root cause of incidents and work towards their resolution in a timely manner.   Continuous Improvement and Collaboration   Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for automation, efficiency, and operational excellence.   JOB DESCRIPTION  Document procedures, incidents, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency.   Our requirements  Proficient in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash .  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).   Experience in DevOps practice, CI/CD, and monitoring tools .   Experience with automation tools and configuration management frameworks such as Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible is an additional value.   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.   Tech stack:  AWS, Azure, Python, Terraform, Git, Bash, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Fluent Bit, Kibana, Grafana, Kafka, Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Opsgenie, Gitlab  About NATEK  Established in Brno, Czech Republic in 2004, we have been working with world leaders in the IT industry from day one.
